A Family Heritage, 1901–Today
Seven Strands. One Tapestry.
Stronger Together.

In 1901, Fritz Steiger’s great-grandfather founded the Deltox Rug Weaving Company in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Generations later, that family weaving heritage provides both the visual and the conceptual metaphor for Alliance for Restoration.
Individual threads remain distinct, but when intentionally woven together they create something stronger, more durable, and more beautiful than any thread could become alone.
That principle explains how the Alliance approaches leaders, organizations, ideas, relationships, resources, stories, opportunities, and generations. The Alliance does not own the threads. It does not absorb the threads. It helps weave relationships among them.
Weaving together what others are already doing well.
